Psychology Didactics Beginning of next Course
Our target participants: * Teachers (Childhood, Primary School, for disabilities) * Trainers of trainers, specialists in education and Councillors childhood and school * Inspectors, Managers - managers - Managers educational, school leaders, * Education and Counseling Educational psychologists .
Course’s Goals • gain a greater awareness of the process of training and learning of stereotypes and racial prejudice; • learn preventive mode in order to know, accept and integrate children from other cultures, religions, ethnic groups, helping them to overcome any difficulties in school placement; • enhance their teaching effectiveness through methods and tools to support the evolution psychosocial and emotional and moral education of the child; • to acquire a teaching style, a method and tools for making reports multicuturali situations likely to promote the evolution psychosocial and emotional and moral education of the child; • know how to create games, activities, situations, to communicate to elementary children the correct information about the different cultures, religions, ethnic groups, in order to prevent the emergence of prejudices and fears; • give way for teachers to have awareness of their relational styles and acquire new styles suitable and competent to perform the most of their educational role; • use fairy tales and stories of the different parts of the world as a first food for emotional and psychological development and an opportunity to meet different cultures • understand fairy tales and stories from different cultures and skill in storytelling, creation, representation of fairy tales and stories; • know how to prepare and accompany the child in growth, with particular reference to the transition from kindergarten to primary school.
MULTI CULTURE
The meeting with children from other cultures raises questions at a theoretical level, operational, educational and in some cases even existential, to whom, as educators, is responsible for integration. The encounter with other ways of life and thought can question our ways of seeing and interpreting reality, awakening not only curiosity and interest, but more often fears, defenses and attitudes of suspicion. A multi-ethnic society therefore also calls for Educational Services for Children and Primary School to revise content, teaching styles and organizational forms.
